Hola, que tal?
I am Violeta Sandoval. I’m a first gen Latina real estate investor of over 10 years. I own 8 doors, and real estate helped me buy back my time and build a slower paced life.
After I hit rock bottom from a failed marriage, I joined the U.S. Navy which gave me the financial stability to get out of survival mode and into wealth building mode.
I bought my first home, rented out a room to a friend, and eventually turned it into a rental. This started my journey into rental property investing to fund big dreams, like motherhood through surrogacy and building my dream home.
Now, my passion is helping bold and ambitious Latinas gain financial freedom and build wealth by investing in real estate. I believe in creating a new generation of empathetic and ethical investors who focus on not just wealth but also building stronger communities and closing the racial wealth gap.
